Metallurgy
vacuum or invacuum medium-frequency smelting or consumable vacuum refining or electroslag remelting (ESR) and even eletron beam remelting (EBR).
Casting
On-duty parts finished through precise casting in vacuum furnace or in invacuum medium-frequency furnace and various-diameter pipes finished through centrifugal casting.
Forging
Round or flat or square parts finished through open die forging or stamp forging.
Rolling
Develop the forgings into wire rods or straight bars; cold-roll or cold-draw holed forgings into pipes and tubes.
Hot-treatment
Normal-pressure or vacuum hot treatment for annealing and solid solution. Castings purified on the surface can be delivered.
Machining
Products finished through welding and CNC machining.
Inspecting
Onsite fluorescence, X-ray, penetrant, microscopic and pressure tests.
